MANIFOLDS:

We have SAE porting tools from No. 2 (5/16"-24) to No. 32 (2-1/2"-12) in house.  We can 
manufacture your special manifolds from a variety of materials: Aluminum, (2024, 6061, and 
7075), Stainless Steel (303, 304, 316, 410, 416, 17-4), Cast Iron, Ductile Iron, or any type of 
steel.

THREADED PARTS:

Manufactured complete:
Square Threads: Internal, External, R.H., L.H., and Double Lead.
Trapezoidal Threads: Internal, External, R.H., L.H., and Double Lead.
Acme Threads: Internal, External, R.H., L.H., and Double Lead.  Tap sizes from 1/2"-8 to 2"-4.
Stub Acme Threads: Internal, External, R.H., L.H., and Double Lead.
Metric Threads: Any size.
English: (60° V) Thread - Any size
Pipe Threads - Any size
British Whitworth Threads - Any size

INTERNAL HEX & SQUARE:

We can produce internal hex and squares in the ends of parts or bolts.

KEYWAYS:

DOVETAIL CUTTING:

We can machine any angle dovetail in your part.

T-SLOT CUTTING:
